La Cerveceria de Yucatán was founded after its owner visited a microbrewery while on vacation in Rhode Island - the trip left him dreaming of the great craft beer he could make in Mexico. Ceiba Ámbar Mestiza is a creamy amber lager that gets its nutty amber color and sweet, smooth flavor from carefully selected malts. It combines the typical freshness of "lager" yeast, with the complexity of the dark malts characteristic of "ale" beer. Its malts give it an amber color that evokes the miscegenation of our Yucatecan land.
